I literally had SO much fun shooting Dana and John’s engagement session! When I met Dana for the first time, I asked her what kind of activities they liked to do together. She mentioned that they love to fish together and do a ton of outdoor activities. It was so fitting to shoot their engagement session and the gorgeous Lafayette Reservoir. It was my first time at the reservoir and I fell in love with the quaint and peaceful surroundings… I seriously could spend a whole day there just to relax. ;D But that wasn’t the case. We began the session of the on a super cute row boat where did a little fishing. Afterwards,t we strolled the reservoir and the lighting was JUST AH-MAZING!! Check them out for yourself. 🙂

I love that Dana ran with my suggestions of bringing balloons! They remind me of the movie “Up!” 🙂
