Together for nine years, Dixie and Dave tied the knot at the beautiful San Francisco’s City Hall! It was a rainy start to their day but rain couldn’t dampen their happy spirits. By the time we got to Pier 7, the sun came out for a little golden light! This couple is super stylish! I adore Dixie’s below the knee tulle wedding dress and her BEAUTIFUL sparkly white Christian Louboutins. And Dave?
