One of my dearest friends whom I’ve known for almost all my life has gotten married this past weekend! Camila was my best friend growing up in elementary school. I remember all the times we would go over each other’s houses and play mermaids. It was so emotional to photograph her wedding – what an honor! Their wedding took place at Old Whaling Station in Monterey. Prior to the ceremony, we photographed at Lovers Point Park where we got the most amazing photos with the water and cliffs. You would not believe what it took for Camila and Jonathan to get to the point where they’re standing in the first photo in this blog post! The bride climbed rocks and cliffs in her wedding gown!!! I’m thankful that they were willing to go the distance so I can capture a photo like the one below for them. Congratulations, Camila and Jonathan! I’m so incredibly happy for you both.
