BC and Matt are locals to Seattle and hosted their wedding at Pickering Barn in Issaquah, Washington. My team and I are honored that they chose us all the way from San Francisco to fly to Washington to photograph their beautiful Fall wedding. While they could have hired a local photographer, they mentioned that they were most drawn to my photography. It was such a wonderful experience photographing in a new state where the leaves were at its peak of changing colors from green to orange to yellow. I felt very inspired being able to photograph at this gorgeous location and wanted to make sure I photographed portraits in various locations within the venue. We loved working with the staff at Pickering Barn who were so welcoming and friendly! BC and Matt married in front of 150 of their friends and family who were from Washington and the Bay Area! During the reception, the newlyweds surprised their guests with a very fun first dance that got everyone on their feet cheering them on. One of the last portraits that I had to capture was the fall foliage by backlighting BC and Matt (last photo). What a wonderful opportunity to capture their beautiful wedding.
