My baby nephew, K, has turned one!!! We finally got together to do a small family session and then a smash the cake after. We photographed at the San Mateo Japanese Tea Garden which made for a lovely nature backdrop. Baby K was such a happy baby strolling through the park with the biggest smile on his face. For the smash the cake, Baby K was changed into a very handsome outfit! He was curious about the cake and reached in with his hands. Little did he know that he should have tasted it but instead, he rubbed the buttercream all over like he was washing his hands! I know that my family and I will cherish these moments for life.
