Weddings are such an exciting whirlwind, and sometimes it feels like the day passes in the blink of an eye. For P+E, recently married, they decided to take another opportunity to step into their wedding attire and capture even more stunning photos. A post-wedding session is a perfect way to slow down and really enjoy being in those beautiful outfits again—plus, it allows us to take the time to create gorgeous portraits without the time constraints of the wedding day.

We chose Villa Montalvo in Saratoga for their session, one of my absolute favorite venues. With its sprawling gardens, grand architecture, and romantic ambiance, it was the perfect backdrop for their timeless wedding portraits.

While our original session day was set with high hopes, the weather had other plans. It was pouring rain, so we decided to postpone. Thankfully, a week later, we were blessed with sunny, comfortable weather, which made for an even more enjoyable and relaxed experience for everyone. P+E were absolutely radiant—full of joy, easygoing, and clearly having a blast. Their chemistry was undeniable, and it shone through in every shot we captured.
