San Francisco City Hall Wedding Photographer: S+J

I’m so excited to share the beautiful wedding of Sam and Josef! Though both are originally from Southern California, they chose the iconic San Francisco City Hall for their special day — and it couldn’t have been more perfect!

The celebration began at the historic Palace Hotel, where Sam and Josef got ready in their own suites. The atmosphere was light and joyful, especially in Sam’s room where Disney songs filled the air — a nod to the couple’s shared love for all things Disney. That love carried through the entire day, with clever touches like hidden Mickeys tucked throughout their decor — from the welcome sign and floral arrangements to the programs and even their custom logo. It was such a fun, interactive element for guests!

Their first look on the 4th floor of City Hall was an unforgettable moment. The joy on their faces was undeniable — truly the biggest smiles I’ve ever seen from them! Afterward, we captured portraits with their wedding party and families, taking advantage of City Hall’s stunning architecture.

One standout detail was the grand staircase, transformed with lush green foliage. The natural greenery paired beautifully with the elegance of the venue — a striking blend of outdoorsy charm and timeless sophistication.

Their heartfelt ceremony included personal vows that had everyone tearing up. Afterward, guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the Mayor’s Balcony while the rotunda was magically flipped into a dreamy reception space.

The evening was full of surprises — including a lively Lion Dance performance that completely took Josef by surprise, and a choreographed dance by Sam’s bridesmaids, father, and Josef himself that brought the house down!

It was such a special night, and we’re so honored to have been a part of it. Sam and Josef, thank you for letting us capture these incredible memories. We wish you a lifetime of happiness, love, and Disney magic. Congratulations!
