Elaine and Wilson had a very intimate weekday wedding starting in San Francisco where they paid respect to Elaine’s family by doing a traditional tea ceremony. Gifts of gold and words of wisdom were given to the newlyweds as they poured tea for their elders. We then traveled to Palo Alto to perform the tea ceremony for Wilson’s family. Afterwards, we moved to the Arizona Cactus Garden to do portraits because it’s where Elaine and Wilson first met on the bench! I love that we can photograph in very significant locations to the couple. The ceremony took place at Gamble Garden where their families came together to witness them join in marriage. Their ceremony was heartfelt and loving as they both recited their own personal vows to each other. We ended our wedding day with more portraits around the venue and I love all of the sweet moments we were able to capture. Congratulations, Elaine and Wilson!
