We’re so excited to be back at one of my all-time favorite Bay Area venues—Villa Montalvo in Saratoga, California! This time, we had the pleasure of celebrating C+J, one of the kindest and most down-to-earth couples. We began coverage at the Villa with getting ready moments, and there was such a calm and peaceful energy in the air from both the bride and groom. Their first look in the Spanish Courtyard was incredibly intimate as they saw each other for the first time in their wedding attire. They opted for no wedding party which gave us the opportunity to focus on just the couple and their families for portraits prior to the ceremony.

Everything came together beautifully thanks to Michelle of CMG Events, who was flawlessly on top of every detail. Mandy from Mandy Floral Design created a stunning ceremony arch, and her floral installation around the fountain during cocktail hour was a showstopper!

The evening was filled with heartfelt speeches, sweet laughter, and so many meaningful tears. To top it all off, guests enjoyed gelato from SF Gelateria, and the bride surprised everyone by changing into a red jumpsuit for the dance floor. She looked absolutely stunning as she celebrated the night away with her groom.

We had the best time capturing this special day and working alongside such a talented team of vendors. Congratulations, C+J—we’re so happy for you and couldn’t be more honored to photograph your beautiful day!
