J+D are truly one of the sweetest couples we’ve had the joy of photographing, and I’m so excited to share their beautiful wedding day. Their celebration took place at The Club at Ruby Hill in Pleasanton, California. As only children, both J+D poured their hearts into including all the people they love most, making the day feel incredibly meaningful from start to finish.

One of the most touching moments was our bride’s surprise first look with her parents. The instant they saw their daughter, tears streamed down their faces—an emotional moment that none of them will ever forget. When it came time for J+D’s own first look, a gentle rain had just begun, so we chose the lovely front entrance as their backdrop. Thankfully, the rain soon cleared, giving us the chance to explore the venue and capture portraits all around the property.

J+D are so clearly meant for each other. The way they look at one another, the way they laugh at the smallest things, the way they naturally fall into each other’s arms—it’s effortless, joyful, and genuine. Their wedding was an absolute dream, brought to life by an incredible team of vendors, and we couldn’t be more honored to have documented it all.
