Last December my best friend, Stephanie and I took a vacation to Maui and Kauai. It was my first vacation since 2010 and first vacation since I have been in business. I had a great time relaxing and enjoying some much needed R&R. I can write an entire story to go along with my images, but I might bore you. ;] So, I’m going to write up my highlights!

* Driving all of Maui’s North Shore to buy the best banana bread in town, Julia’s Banana Bread. The drive was CRAZY!!! So many one way lanes and hills that you can’t even see over…. there were times my legs were shaking because I was so nervous there would be another car coming head on or I would drive off a cliff… Luckily that didn’t happen… haha.

* Waking up 3:30am to drive two hours to see the Haleakala Sunrise. GORGEOUSSS!! Super cold and windy but so worth making the trip! :]

* Dinner at Star Noodle. I had to try their ramen and steamed pork buns!

* Breakfast at Gazebo Restaurant. BEST MACADAMIA NUT PANCAKES…EVERRRRR!!!

* Snorkeling with SEA TURTLES!!! THEY’RE HUGE!!!

* Dining at Mama’s Fish House for my bestie’s birthday. Food was AMAZING… Especially their fresh caught ahi tuna! YUM!

* Beach time at Napili beach… Snorkeling and paddle surfing!

* Luau time at Old Lahaina Luau!!
