It’s without a doubt that photographing at San Francisco City Hall is one of my favorite experiences as a wedding photographer. There’s something timeless and awe-inspiring about this iconic building—the grand staircase, the soaring rotunda, the way the light pours in from above. Every time I walk through those doors, I’m reminded why it’s such a dream location for couples from all over the world.

When B+R reached out to me to capture their elopement and be their witness, I couldn’t have been more honored. They traveled all the way from Florida to tie the knot at our stunning City Hall, and watching them take in the beauty of the building for the first time was such a joy. There truly is no other place like it.

Beyond the stunning details, what made this day so special was B+R themselves. Spending time with them felt less like work and more like catching up with old friends. Their connection, their laughter, and their excitement made every moment a joy to capture.
